We'd love to believe that our sex lives are perfect. A couple loves each other and reaches orgasm together. On average it takes men about six minutes to climax while the average for women is 15-20 minutes. That's quite a difference. So how does the average couple bridge the gap? There are ways!
Here are three simple ways to delay his orgasm:
- Use foreplay as a way to get your motor running. Have him do whatever he does that gets you turned on. Get yourself worked up into a frenzy before there is any actual intercourse. You could even come before there is any actual intercourse, that's okay.
- Talk to each other. I know, it's basic, but it's also key. If he is close to coming, let him know it is okay to tell you so that he can stop for a bit before he goes over the edge, and he can use other parts of his body (use your imagination) to keep you stimulated while he calms down a bit.
- It might not hurt if he gets some alone time in earlier. Let's say you know you are going to have sex, but maybe not until later. It might be a good idea for your man to take matters into his own hands earlier in the day. If he gets his own rocks off earlier, it can help him last longer when he shares his rocks with you later.
Hope this helps!
Until next time:
Xoxo,
Brenda
