The Importance Of Wearing The Correct Sports Bra

You decide to take better care of yourself by initiating an exercise routine into your daily grind. The summer's coming, you want to get your body beach ready. Have you considered the effects this new routine will have on your breasts? Have you researched which sports bra is best for you and the intensity of your workout? Before you consider searching for a sports bra before, let me tell you why you should be careful with your choice!

Compression sports bras, the typical sports bra used during exercise, is probably the worst thing you can do to your breasts. Compressing the breast tissue doesn't allow for proper blood flow throughout the breast. Cutting off the blood circulation can actually counteract the intention of wearing a sports bra. Where in a compression bra and limiting the circulation of blood can actually cause sag in the breast tissue and the breast itself.

Find a sports bra that is molded, with a padded underwire. This will provide the best support and most comfort. Less bounce will help save your breasts during the most rigorous workouts, so be sure it fits properly and securely, without crushing the breast. Now that you know, go out and fit the right bra for you. Many larger, more quality oriented companies are going into the sports market. Don't settle for bras labeled, "small, medium or large." Make sure they have an actual bra size in your choice. It's never a one size fits all and be sure to get a good bra fitting. You'll be amazed at what your bra size is, versus the commercial bra size you are probably wearing. I took a bra fit class and was amazed at the difference in the look and feel an actual properly fitted bra (I recently lost a lot of weight and didn't correct my bra size yet because I still have more weight to lose). The same holds true for your sports bra.

So the moral of this story? Go out and get a proper, well fitting sports bra to prevent the loss of blood circulation, which causes sag in the breast tissue. You want to look and feel good all over, so don't neglect the boobs! Look beach ready in that bikini top also! Let naughtyandnicelingerie.com help you.
